About the convention

Talking to Fox and the organizing company they've decided to postpone the convention so they can get sponsors and make the tickets more affordable to everyone.

The convention will take place the next year,probably in april-may.

We will continue in contact with both Fox and the company, but from now we'll just be the conection between them and between you all.

Well, apparently, it won't be easy to cancel our flights .... I have to deal with the insurances and to proof them I was going to an event that has been cancelled. In case it would be needed, would you agree to send me some kind of "official" document proving that the event due to July is postponed to next year ?? I'm not sure yet if this will be necessary but I have the feeling that the insurances won't accept very easily to reimburse the money we spent !
